We could not confirm a completed AIVP purchase for this checkout.

The usual reasons:

You paid by bank transfer (ACH). Those do not settle instantly — Stripe can take up to four business days to confirm them. Nothing is wrong and you do not need to pay again. Bookmark this page and reopen it once your bank shows the debit; your key appears then, and stays available for as long as it is valid.
The card payment has not finished settling yet — wait a minute and reload.
The checkout was cancelled or never paid.
The key from this purchase has expired (keys stop being shown once they are no longer valid).

If you were charged, you are not stuck: try the key recovery page, or email wasuppeople3@gmail.com with your receipt and we will re-issue the key. Your purchase is safe either way.
